| Now is such an exciting time! I cannot believe that it has been a year since we last had the Lion’s Gate meditation. Consider what has changed since that time! We have moved even further into the higher frequency, and this summer, yet again, we jumped timelines. In fact, some consider that there have been as many as three jumps. To me, it is not the number; it is that we are more solidly in the higher frequency, and it will shift for all of humanity. |
| I feel as if there is more and more disclosure coming out that will create discord for many people. It is more important than ever that you find your balance and that you are able to remain within that space. Of course, we all get off kilter at times, but the sooner you return the balance, the better you will feel. |
| We are already in the Lion’s Gate energy. I know I personally have felt he roller coaster! Some days I am full of energy, other days I just needed to rest or do nothing. I think the key to anything is listening to what your body and your energy are telling you! |

| I always enjoy a meditation like this. We can all use the opportunity to pause, reflect on our lives, take a break, and identify where we might need to refocus. The All That Is feels different—elevated. I can really sense the ascended energies as we arrive, and it raises the vibration of everything we experience. |
| We’ve looked at our lives in past meditations, but with all the energetic shifts happening through the ascension, this was the perfect time to pause and reassess. As we entered the All That Is, building on the previous meditation, the Goddess invited us to tap into our unconscious and see what might be revealed. For most, it initially felt like a blank slate. This wasn’t a block—it was a reminder that yes, you can access the unconscious, but it requires working with the energy and gently sliding into that space.
