| Have you ever looked at graphs of the Schumann Resonance? This is an image that tracks the frequency of the planet. I have watched it for many years because it shows in physical form, what I feel or experience energetically. Here is a screenshot from today: |

| This is a snapshot from today, Saturday. Do you see all the white? It actually started about 12 hours before what is shown here, but all that white is the influx of new energy. Then the blue is the integration. So any time that you are feeling as if you were smacked upside the head, consider checking this out!! What this means to me is that we have had a huge download, we are now integrating and for some, it will be calming, but for many, it will feel challenging. The more there is a higher vibration, the more it nudges people to be their authentic selves. |

| You Are Creation – the Goddess gave us this phrase towards the end of the channel and it really puts a new perspective on things. From the time of your conception, when you were created from scratch, you have been creating every aspect of your life. So by considering that you ARE a creation, it is a way of taking it inside of you. |

| This first came to me about nine months ago. Someone I was working with said, “But I don’t feel like I’m part of Earth, so if I ground into Earth, it is lowering my vibration.” At the time, I thought, “That is fascinating!!” However, I was busy and didn’t think too much about it until recently. |
| Now, I have actually worked with at least five people who needed to ground into the higher frequency! My take on this is that the more that we have higher vibrations around us, the more that we go into meditation as a means of working with energy, and the easier it will be if we can find a way to ground or incorporate your higher self into your energies. |
| Let me go further. While the energies of Earth have transformed in a massive way, people are still trying to navigate how to have the changes in their everyday lives. Right now, sometimes feels like a turbulent ocean. There are changes almost daily. There are pauses when everything seems to balance. Then something more comes along. |
