Hello friends,
Today I’m excited to share with you my annual Spiritual Heart Meditation! The timing couldn’t be better, for we sit in precarious and uncertain moments of change.
In fact, of all times in history we could be alive, this is the time when we most need to tap our spiritual hearts and discover how to connect with our higher consciousness. We are infinite beings with a higher consciousness that can guide us forward. Already, we connect with this energy some of the time – for it is our nature – yet we are now called to go deeper and embody our higher consciousness.
In Wednesday’s newsletter I described how to understand and tap the spiritual heart. During our time together at tonight’s meditation – whether you come live or with the recording – I will guide you in connecting your spiritual heart with your mind and body. Insights and healing that can come from this can be life changing – as you see yourself differently and become resourced to connect more deeply with your spiritual heart.
We will join across the world in a planetary healing to raise the frequency of humanity – into the octaves of love and compassion.
Get Resourced At Our Meditation
At today’s meditation, in addition to tapping your spiritual heart, you will receive essential life insights and helpful emotional stabilization to navigate challenges. During a guided process with one of your spiritual guides, you will connect with inspiration and insights about your Divine Changemaker path forward.
Meditation is like an elixir to your nervous system. When you meditate in a global group of Divine Changemakers, this calming energy is amplified. When you are calm, it will become easier to hear the whispers of your inner guidance – and to benefit from process with one of your spiritual guides. The combination of these things will resource you to move through current challenges.
If you are new to my global meditations on Zoom, they are tailored to current energies and related themes. You need no meditation training. Simply show up and following along in my guided process. If you join us late or cannot be live, know that you will receive the recording when we end.
On registration you receive the Zoom link and other information. The recording goes out after we end. Many of my students who attend meditations work with the recording more than once afterwards – each time receiving more life insights and healing.
