| I truly, truly loved the last meditation. It was the Heart of Your Soul. OMG, just think of that and what it means. We have talked for years about the importance of being in alignment with your soul, your higher self, and how that can help you in your everyday life. This takes you straight there! |
| I think that we are straddling the different vibrations right now. I think we are continuing to blend. This is more important than ever that we choose the light, that we choose experiences that truly support ourselves; which in turn adds to the whole. We are here!! It is happening. |

| Can you imagine a greater start to the year the connecting with the heart of your soul? This is a meditation that will have a massive impact on people and it has the potential to change everything in your life. |
| When we first arrived in the All That Is, the Goddess wanted us to make note of the changes that have taken place. We looked at it now, last year, and then two years ago. This gives us the opportunity to see, feel, or experience things from different frequencies. We all have different frequencies around us, this gives us the practice to become accustomed in our everyday life. |
| The Goddess began by looking at this as if it is a clean slate as if you are starting fresh. She then brought in people’s desires, intentions, etc. We could look at life and at things from an everyday perspective. Each person then opened up to their soul and it changed everything. It was literally as if you were connecting to your own soul, through the heart of the center of your soul. It is very powerful, filled with love, and creates a whole new perspective on life. |

| I find that channeling sessions will give you information — who are your angels? What’s your purpose? Why are certain things happening? When we look at situations, the angels and light |

| beings can give you insights from a higher perspective. |
| We can talk to people both here and crossed over. We can link to people’s higher selves so as to have a conversation. It’s always amazing to me how effective this can be! You may get a new perspective on a situation. You can say things here that you might not say elsewhere. |
