Participating in today’s meditation – whether live on Zoom or later with the recording – will give you an energetic push and inspiration needed to transform your life. Life insights you receive will help you unravel challenging conundrums.
During a powerful guided process with one of your spirit guides, you will connect with energetic support and a knowing of how to make the most of this Equinox Gateway. Before that guided process begins, your frequency will rise as you experience energetic forms of dolphins and whales – having a personal message for you about your life.
Our meditations are a healing for you and all life forms. The potent healing energies you help co-create during our World Peace Process bring love and an increased vibration to humanity. Our collective prayers are always powerful – yet they carry increased benefit during the Equinox Gateway.
If you are new to my global meditations, they are tailored to current energies and related themes. You need no meditation training. Simply show up and follow along in my guided processes.
To help you go deeper, I include sacred sound in the background as we start, and invite you to work with your favorite crystal and apply essential oils to your body. While these tools are not essential to benefit, my students enjoy working with them. Any crystal or essential oil will do.
On registration you receive the Zoom link and other information. The recording goes out after we end. Many of my students who attend meditations work with the recording more than once afterwards – for more life insights and healing.
