I’m excited for today’s Full Moon Meditation! We will be tapping into new doors of opportunity available during the Aquarius Full Moon.
Background
As I wrote about in Wednesday’s newsletter, the volatility of the Aquarius Full Moon is catalyzing emotional ups-and-downs and stirring our inner fire. The particularly challenging energies of this Moon involve decision making, communications, finding common ground, and a sudden big reveal of something hidden that could shift the course of a relationship or project. Some of these energies are being processed in your dream state – others are arising in your daily life.
Get Resourced at Our Meditation
Participating in today’s meditation – whether live on Zoom or later with the recording – will give you inspiration and key life insights needed to move forward with increased self-awareness. You will get resourced to ride the volatility of our Aquarius Full Moon and whatever aftermath is showing up in your life.
For those of you new to my global meditations, they are tailored to current energies and related themes. You need no meditation training. During guided process with one of your spirit guides, you discover a deeper level of truth about your life and how to transform it for more joy and success. Many of my students work with the recording more than once afterwards, receiving new insights and more healing each time. To assist you in going deeper, I include sacred sound in the background as we start, and invite you to work with your favorite crystal and apply essential oils to your body. While these tools are not required to benefit, my students enjoy working with them. Any crystal or essential oil will do. Some favorite oils for energy work include Sacred Mountain, Frankincense, Clarity, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender.
