I’m so happy to write and share a new channeled message with you. It feels especially supportive for the intensity and change many of us are sensing and witnessing right now.
It’s about something beautifully simple, and quietly powerful: tending to your joy.
In this message, our friends remind us that the real stability in life isn’t found in the outer world — it’s found in our alignment with the Divine energy that lives within us. When we reconnect with that inner flow, allowing ourselves to feel good, to feel connected, to feel alive… our energy becomes coherent and luminous, and new possibilities begin to open.
If you’ve been wanting to feel more steady, more connected with yourself, and more able to meet life from your truth — while still allowing yourself to thrive and experience joy — this transmission speaks directly to that.

Divine Ones,
We greet you in love. We love you so very much. We see how volatile life is on Earth right now and we are here to offer you some encouragement and guidance for how you my best participate given everything you are witnessing, feeling, sensing and seeing.
First we remind you that you are divine, eternal Source Energy Beings. You are here on purpose. You came here knowing that this time would be a time of extraordinary change and with that change which would be happening not superficially, but at very deep levels within humanity and within the systems and structures of your world, that there would be the potential for tremendous experiences of instability. You also knew that you could remember and reconnect with who you truly are and that the real stability in life comes through that alignment, that allowing of the life-force energy to flow into your being.
So we remind you of this and invite you to reconnect to that life-giving flow of energy and information, always available to you, within you and we suggest that you not only feel for that light within you, but that you expand your openness to it. Take a moment now and go inward. Let the light at the very basis of your being become what you are focused upon and feeling into a conscious connection with…and as you do this, the light within you ignites, fusing with the vaster non-physical wholeness of who you truly are and you become One.
Your Oneness is here. It’s readily available to you and when you ignite it, allow it, tune into it, perpetuate it, you feel good. You can also use feeling good to ignite it, allow it, perpetuate it. Either works. And sometimes it is actually far easier instead of using thought, or intention, to simply go inward and feel for good feeling energy. Feel for love. Feel for a sense of inner sweetness. Feel for that inner sense of connection. Feel for the remembering that is at the basis of your being human: the inner knowing that you are eternal, luminous, limitless infinite light. That is who you are.
And as you feel into this, you shine. Your energy becomes coherent and resplendent. You alight with light and with possibilities, for in this aligned and allowing state, new connections can arise in your experience. You’re empowering the higher plan, the highest flow, the higher timeline for yourself. You can also choose them, deliberately, on purpose. You can select, from infinite possibilities, a version of you and a choice of how life works for you, that you prefer and stabilize your energy and identity in that knowing.
You see, friends, there are many ways for you to access and use the infinite power and freedom that you innately have. You can create your life experience, on purpose, and with freedom, because you are free to feel and focus in ways that you and you alone choose.
No one else can vibrate for you. No one else can create your vibrational state. They can influence you, if you let them. Sure. But you and you alone, are choosing what you give your attention to and how you give your attention to it and this is so important to understand: everything in your experience is reflecting the choices you make in consciousness. As vibrational beings you can tune your energy moment to moment in very different ways based on how you focus, what you think, what you feel into and who you decide you are.
You give meaning to everything and nothing has intrinsic meaning, it is all up to you.
So then, given this, how do you want to make meaning out of these times? What if you were to choose an interpretation, a story, a set of perspectives and ideas, about this time, these days and all that you’re aware of, and choose based on pleasing yourself?
Would you allow yourself to do that? We highly recommend that you do! We highly recommend that you make yourself right and you make what you want right and you make how you like feeling right and prioritize these things. Prioritize, pleasing yourself.
Yes, we know that some people will not approve of this suggestion. Some people will feel guilty embracing these options, but we are showing you how you might live as the powerful, connected multidimensional beings that you truly are and in order to access your infinite power to create, you must foster states of alignment and states of expansive connection and feeling good emotionally is an indicator that you’re in these kinds of states.
Everything you can do and will do to make this world more beautiful, more inclusive, more loving, more peaceful, everything you can and will do to support the honoring of the Earth and creating an ever-expanding love-filled planet where all human beings feel safe and supported? All of this depends on you first and foremost being aligned and connected. Being present in unity of spirit. Being One with Who you truly are.
Then, Beloved One, you can express yourself truly and play the part you came here to play. And for each of you what you can do that matters, that helps, that is of service, begins with you being you. You doing what gives you joy. You embracing your own significance and daring to believe that your life matters and your well-being matters. Only from believing this about yourself and choosing accordingly do you have something to give.
And oh, what amazing energy and presence, you can offer to the world, to your friends and family, to your community, when you are connected, aligned and fulfilled! It is powerful, encouraging and a profound demonstration of possibility to allow yourself to be fulfilled, to be happy. It’s rebellious even, in a world where the messages that you receive, repeatedly, tell you that there’s something wrong with you and that fixing that is what your focus ought to be.
There are so many messages in the world rooted in lack. Rooted in illusion. Rooted in the denial of the Divine truth of who you all are. You are ALL Divine Source Energy Beings. And all of you have powers. The more of you who learn how to access your creative powers, your powers of allowing, your powers of receiving, your powers of changing your energy and your frequency on purpose, the more people will start to see that this vibrational basis of your being is far more efficient and empowering than the action journey you were taught to focus on earlier in your life experience.
Creating things through action alone, can work, but it also is far less efficient because it relies, largely on you and your own energy. When you begin to create vibrationally you access the infinite energy of Creation and you allow Life to do the heavy lifting for you. This is the way it’s meant to be. And rediscovering this and getting good at creating this way, is the liberating skill of divine embodiment.
Each of you now can most beautifully and readily access the fullness of your being, tune to that and allow that tuning to assist you navigating this change world and the changing landscape of so many systems and structures that have made up the world up until now.
Systems that are rooted in power over others, in lack, in limitation, in separation, in exclusion and favoritism? These systems are not stable anymore and are readily being replaced by love-filled templates arising from the deeply felt desire of many for all people to be treated well, to be cared for, to be seen as valuable and there is a growing momentum around that.
Trust this and trust life. Trust yourself to know how to participate now, by feeling for inner harmony and letting that coherent state of being, be the state from which you navigate and choose and decide and determine how you want to play, and what matters to you now.
Understand that your own fulfillment matters. It is part of how you empower yourself and part of how you demonstrate what is possible for others who are awakening and remembering who they are too.
As Source Energy Beings you are free, eternal, powerfully creative and connected. Begin to explore more deeply how you might live if you were centering in that knowing and trusting it in your own experience.
There are so many, many wonderful things available to you, and the more you allow your own joy and your own well-being to matter, prioritizing your alignment and your inner connection with Life and with All That You Are, the more you will thrive.
And your thriving is how you inspire and support others to also live their truth. Be who they truly are. Remember and reconnect.
Wayshowers, pathfinders, lightworkers and worldbridgers: this is your time to shine. And the way that you shine, is by being who you truly are here: Divine Source Energy Beings. Deliberate creators. Consciously embodying the fullness of your being here and allowing Life Itself to give generously to you as you feel for what will give you joy and choose that
