Dear friend,
Recently I got some news.
Normally I would’ve worried…
And spent the whole day stressing about it…
But this time was different.
I just took a breath…
Reached out to someone who could help…
And handled it quickly.
It started that morning…
Before the sun came up.
I laced up my shoes…
Grabbed my phone…
Put my headphones in…
And stepped outside.
The crisp cool air touched my face.
I took a breath…
And started my daily morning walk.
I opened Angelic Harmonics…
And turned on Archangel Michael’s Divine Protection Session 1.
I always start with this one.
Because as an empath…
It’s important to feel safe and protected…
And not to absorb everything around me.
On this specific day…
The music gently started.
I looked up…
The colors of the sky were changing with the sunrise…
Birds flying past the trees…
Beautiful vegetation and nature along the path.
My mind wasn’t running through everything I had to do.
I was present…
Creating my day instead of reacting to it.
And while I walked…
I saw it from my peripheral vision.
An electric blue ball of light…
It happened several times…
I felt so much peace.
I affirmed out loud…
“Dear Archangel Michael…
Please create a field of Divine safety and protection around me.”
The music carried me through my walk.
By the time I got home…
I felt grounded…
Present…
Ready to create an amazing day.
And later…
When that news came…
I didn’t fall apart.
Because I was already centered.
Already in my power.
So I calmly took care of it, and got right back into my peace.
And that’s what this practice does.
It changes how you approach what life throws at you.
