Hey Beautiful ~!
I just wanted to write today to anyone feeling a lot of constriction, maybe feeling a lot of sadness, feeling stuck, feeling scarcity, or even feeling a lot of turbulence…
You might be feeling any or all of these. I’ve felt all of these over the past couple of weeks, on and off, and sometimes REALLY intensely.
There is also an energy in a lot of us right now, of feeling like there is very sticky old energy, old resistance, energy you thought you were done with, feeling very present and heavy. Just like sitting on top of you making it feel so hard to move, to lighten up, to get free.
If you’re feeling any of that. I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone. That this energy is so present right now.
We’re at the end of some very big cycles. And lot is going on astrologically even with this beautiful new moon we had on Monday, that can make us feel this way.
Also? Our consciousness has expanded and there is this opportunity right now to set up new patterns, new neural pathways, new thoughtforms, new ways of seeing yourself, the world, your possibilities.
So how you relate to now matters.
And it shapes how you feel and what feels possible for you. Remember that.
The energy of Boundless Love that I’ve been working with preparing for our new program has helped me with this a lot. You can also just tune into the flow of Cosmic Light flowing into your human energy system…
Let’s do that together now, for a moment. Just close your eyes and imagine a column of light, of Divine Source Light, of the Boundless Energy the Boundless Love of Source — the true ABUNDANCE — pouring into the top of your head, down your spinal pathway/central column, down your legs and arms and into your hands, and emanating from you.
Just imagine this light pouring continuously, through you and open your hands, palms up and say to yourself; easy to give, easy to receive, easy to allow, easy to flow.
Just feel into that and repeat it:
“Easy to give, easy to receive, easy to allow, easy to flow…”
I also said to myself when I did this:
{it’s easy to receive. i am abundance incarnate I am in the flow of all energy and light and love. I offer this flow through the emanation of my being, through the expression of my embodiment. i am abundance, i am flow, I am fulfilled, I am light. it’s easy for me to receive. it’s easy for me to give.}
I hope that might have helped.
You’re always been fully resourced from All That Is, All That You Are. Sometimes instead of working with the mind, or our emotions to feel liberated, released, freed up and shift, for me it can help to work with my body.
This is a VERY intense year and most of us have felt the increase in solar energy AND the stress of all that’s playing out on the world stage, and within us, as we integrate and evolve, A LOT.
