Recently Reported Ascension Symptoms
“I woke up at 3:00 a.m. I felt palpitations like I was having a huge heart attack.”
“It was like a heart attack – I thought something was wrong! I got really dizzy and light headed and I was really worried about my health!”
I, Marlene, had these symptoms start happening to me starting last year, continuing intermittently up to the present time, though not as strong as initially. Now when it comes on, I usually lay down and just rest and it passes.
My Guides tell me that this is actually a good thing, we are being prepared gradually for integration with higher energy and more spiritual downloads to help us adjust to the higher positive timeline we are moving into.
However, I was relieved to hear that I am not the only one who is experiencing these symptoms and I am not alone in this experience and I am glad I didn’t panic and seek mainstream medical assistance.

On August 12. 2024, I received the following message in the early morning hours: “We are the Herald Angels. We come on wings of love! Things will be moving fast from this point on. You will need to have all your intuitive skills fully on task. Look to the skies. Unusual occurrences will start to happen.”

This documentery series comes recommended to me by my daughter with these words: “I watched this show (documentary) on Netflix and really enjoyed it. It was made by Rainn Wilson, the actor from The Office. I think it is on Amazon Prime. I think there are 10 episodes. Totally worth the watch! He travels to different parts of the world to discuss what is happiness.”
I just got her email this morning and am looking forward to watching it!
