Hello friends,
We have a powerful month ahead! I invite you to tap the energetic magic of the moon as we begin August. Today is the first of two super moons – August 1 in Aquarius and August 30 in Pisces. Transformational opportunities can become available as you contemplate your life and focus on bringing your dreams into reality.
Background
Full moons are potent times to intuit where you are in life and how to shift your circumstances to those that reflect your authentic self. Dream work can be an amazing tool – so I recommend being mindful of insights that come to you on arising.
Full moons tend to amplify emotions and illuminate issues – bringing things to light. During both August full moons, you can connect with the energies of expansion and potency as you energize life goals. Don’t be surprised if you have a prophetic insight on awakening or when you turn off your thinking mind and become still. I suggest writing down such insights – a tool to help you expand upon what you received.
Both moons can help you connect more deeply with your emotions and feminine side. Factor this into your meditations and spiritual practice – and be open to breakthroughs.
Tip for the coming week: invite a knowing of a situation you don’t fully understand or haven’t been able to resolve. As you intentionally do this, your request to go deeper will sit in your energy field. Avoid pushing for answers – let them arise during the week or during our August 5 Full Moon Meditation on zoom.
