With equinox just around the corner, this is the week to focus on the ‘new you’ in the making. The key is having an open mind and striving to envision your potentials from the perspective of your higher self.
Ahead of a powerful gateway like equinox, don’t be surprised if your emotions fluctuate or you feel disoriented about your path forward. Ground yourself often, and do your best to avoid overthinking or reacting to people or situations.
Prepare For Shift At Equinox
Times like equinox are marker moments with abundant energies supporting transformation and consciousness shifts. For those of us who are sensitive and tuned into energy, there can be a palpable sense of change in the making.
In the days ahead of our equinox global meditation Saturday, don’t be surprised if you wake up inspired about a ‘new you’ about to be birthed!
3 Things To Know
- We have a conditioned tendency to see ourselves through the eyes of our ego. The ego wants no part of rebirth. It’s afraid of the new, insisting on the status quo. This naysayer part of us stirs our doubt when we listen to our higher guidance that urges us to get real and embrace an ‘unknown’ goal with no guarantee of success. Tip: bypass the naysayer ego and dive in!
- The new you in the making is arising from your higher consciousness that is quantum and unlimited. It doesn’t demand guarantees, a schedule, or specifics. If you attempt to tune into this vast part of you, your naysayer ego will do its best to make you feel uncomfortable and question your inner guidance. Tip: remember that your discomfort and doubts are coming from ego and dive in!
- Know that rebirths are in stages. At any given time, you likely are beginning to prepare for the next one! Why? It’s because you constantly evolve and seek new ways to manifest the energy of your soul. Tip: knowing these things, relax into the process of rebirth and dive in!

I suggest that you approach equinox with ‘new eyes’ this year. Invite a knowing ahead of dreamtime that reveals a ‘new you’ in the making. Remember: you incarnated in these times of great change to both accelerate your evolution and contribute to humanity’s greatest consciousness shift of all time!
