Time To Get Real
Hello friends,
As we sit in full moon energy, it’s a perfect time for your rebirth preparations! Today I’ll give you a simple roadmap for a personal mega shift to begin now with inner work. As you work with this, you can catalyze a powerful rebirth during equinox season.
Your Rebirth Preparations
As a reminder, you are continually evolving into a new version of yourself. This transformation is under way throughout your life – regardless of how conscious you are to the process of rebirth. To accelerate the process and bring the light of your soul into manifestation, you must play an active and conscious role in your rebirths.
Your Roadmap
- First step is to let go of outdated notions of who you are and what you are alive to do and contribute to the world. Consider that much of your self-perception arose as a response to past circumstances, or perhaps conditioned views of who and what you should be. Give yourself time to go deep and get real as you contemplate how you currently see yourself.
- Second step is to recognize a piece of your self-perception that feels outdated. Simply recognizing this begins the process of transformation. By the time equinox arrives, you will be ready for more self-understanding and context.
- Third step is to go within and invite your inner wisdom to reveal a new way to view yourself. Then pay attention to dreams, inspirational self-talk, and seemingly random thoughts that come to you. Example: don’t be surprised if you repeatedly hear a phrase or visualize yourself doing something new. These insights will NOT be accidental.
Follow-Up
I suggest that you daily remind yourself to view yourself and your potentials through the eyes of love. This means applying compassion and acceptance as you notice things you want to transform in your life. Self-awareness of what you want to shift is the first step to rebirth and discovering a path that honors you and what you have to contribute.
