The main theme for March is “CREATIVE MOMENTUM”.

March is about taking the lessons and challenges of the past few months; the hard truths, the painful growth, the inspiring change, the sudden opportunities, and putting some creative energy behind choices, new beginnings, resolutions and intentions. We are moving from the pull of the past into the push of the future. If we do this wisely and consciously, this month can truly be a turning point and feel like the beginning of a new cycle and a new year.

Creative ideas that have been lurking in your field can be recognized, come forth, fall into place and gain some momentum. There is the potential for more clarity, more understanding, more patience and more courage as we begin to trust our intuition and to take more responsibility for our attitudes and our power to manifest what we want. The more we have released and forgiven, the more space we have created this month for new gifts to manifest.

We have dredged up deep emotional debris that is still being processed. We have been given numerous opportunities to reflect on the past and to set new intentions for the future. We have been forced to change and shift our perspectives, our routines and habits and to let go of expectations we were attached to.

Some of you may feel like you are in no-man’s-land, especially if you are deeply unravelled and in the thick of an inner process of change. Some of you are very clear and champing at the bit with a little impatience to get on with the inspired creative ideas driving a new project. Some of you may be feeling stuck in fear and uncertainty and unable to take action. Wherever you are in this important process, this month will support your next step.

The best way to approach this month is to drop any resistance you may have to emotional vulnerability, to a challenging truth about a situation, to a creative idea that won’t leave you alone, to what your wise inner wisdom and intuition is telling you and to any opportunity for positive change that manifests in your field.

Mid-month we have a potential flare-up of possible unexpected events, windows of change, and a revisit of the “push-pull” theme of February. As we approach the Equinox, a portal of creative possibilities and tremendous force and momentum for action opens, giving us the choice to either harness this energy wisely, or receive it as an unwelcome pressure further driving us into a negative space. The choice is up to you.

This is a potent month were staying in balance will be key to navigating this landscape successfully. The most important balances are between the feminine and the masculine, being and doing, receiving and contributing, acting and resting, listening and expressing. In order to take advantage of the creative momentum, you need to be prepared by creating balance in your life.

This includes continuing to release and discard the unimportant energy leaks, clutter and nonessential things on your plate. It also includes being disciplined about staying in your heart, in your own lane, giving your emotions some space, telling the truth to yourself and practicing balance, presence and self-awareness. If it does not feel good, change it. It is always best to be proactive, go for your choices, direct your own change and become your own master.

How the month shows up:

This is a time to practice balance. What is out of balance in your life will make itself clear as it won’t feel good. What are you getting too much of, what are you not getting enough of? What are you doing too much of, and what not enough of? What are you giving too much of or not enough of? What do you have too much of or not enough of?

If you just spend a little time answering these questions truthfully, the answers will lead you to some clarity on what you need to change. Once you have the clarity, be creative in how you dream something different. This is a time to do things differently so if you are going back to an old list of intentions, or trying to reset based on what worked in the past, you take the risk of recreating the same scenario. Navigating this month successfully demands a leap of faith and there is a lot to support that leap. Especially if you get all your ducks in a row by being prepared and in balance, your leap will feel like simply stepping into the flow.

There is no room for ambivalence this month. You will feel pressure to make choices and if the choice is not ideal you can always change it. The most challenging choice is the choice to leave something familiar even though it no longer serves or supports you. This includes relationships, work environments, personal habits, addictions, attitudes, routines and belief systems. It also includes old identities of “I’m a person who always….” Or “I’m a person who never….”.

Be brave and courageous this month. Express your intuitive creative desires, problem-solve creatively, be proactive and take charge of your choices, use your allies and ask for help when you need it. You have the opportunity to experience this month as a true new beginning. Be inspired, be excited, and do your personal work.

All the above questions hold true for relationships this month as well. You can work with them around relationships as their own category. Who is taking too much of your time and energy, who have you not reached out to that needs more of your time and energy? Reflect on the relationships that have not been present. If they are important, reach out. If not, let them go.

Bringing creativity into relationships that are important in your life will support foundational changes that are necessary to bring a new balance into them. Be aware of how you feel rather than what you think a relationship should be or do. Much of the balance this month requires a good relationship between the masculine and the feminine. This begins within each of us and then radiates to all our relations.

There is work to do in clearing energy, obstacles, fear, wounding and old emotional debris from the lower chakras in order to bring about the balance needed to take advantage of the creative momentum available this month. The second chakra just below the navel is related to the feminine and holds patterns around creativity, fertility and sexuality. This energy center is often impacted with mistrust and fear, cutting off access to these important aspects.

The third chakra just above the navel is related to the masculine and holds patterns around right action, will, discipline and being seen. This energy center is often in resistance and mistrust and can be closed down, making action of any kind difficult. The relationship between these two energy centers is complex and needs to be brought back into balance as both are needed to successfully engage with the creative momentum this month.

Helpful exercises around this are included in the monthly support audio this month.

The body is still affected by all the changes we are going through energetically, emotionally and psychologically. Our joints may be achy, our teeth sensitive, our digestion irregular and our organs working overtime. We suggest a good reset through diet, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, a cleansing routine and plenty of exercise.

Remember that the body is your vehicle and it has to come first especially when it complains. In striving for balance, use the body as a barometer of what is too much or too little and pay attention to what it needs. If your body is not feeling good, not much else will either. Of course, there are exceptions with those struggling with an illness or a chronic challenge, however, most of us just need to make changes in how we live, what we do, what we think, how we react, what we ingest (physically and energetically) and what we believe.

The physical body as well as your mental and emotional bodies respond to creativity and movement. If you don’t want the momentum of the month to blindside you, be proactive with movement, discipline and self-care. Be creative with your self-care and try something new this month. Allow yourself to be nurtured by others and think a bit outside the box on how you can improve and support your personal well-being.

As this is a good time for new beginnings, it is an excellent time to put into motion a new project, business or partnership. Make sure to build it on balance and to get the foundation set up with plenty of support, thought, practicality and inspiration. You will succeed in any new endeavor if the motivation comes from doing something that you love rather than something you think will simply give you a good income or fulfill another’s needs. This goes for investments and getting involved in partnerships initiated by someone else as well.

If you already have a thriving business or have already initiated a project, revisit the structure to see where you can bring in move creativity, balance and harmony. If something does not feel right about it or you don’t feel right about it, release it to someone who does or let it go.

This area of business and finance will go through some polarizing ups and downs over this next time period. Don’t buy into everything you hear or read. In order to move forward into a new paradigm, thinking outside the box and getting behind your own intentions and dreams no matter what the collective climate is presenting, is key to harnessing the creative momentum for anything you are trying to manifest for yourself.

In the natural environment, we may witness some dramatic earth events, some predicted, and some not. Nature is reflecting the changes we as a species are going through internally. If there are earthquakes, they represent the shift in our energetic meridians. If there is volcanic activity, a certain force of creative energy is being awakened. If there are wind phenomena, we are being supported to release and clear the past. If there are water events, we are sweeping through our emotional debris, making space for a new experience.

Remember that anything that brings up a collective fear of being out of control opens the instinctive center so it can clear out patterns of fear and survival. This is essential during times of change as the instinctive center imprints all of the survival reactions and tends to put the brakes on what wants to evolve and move forward.

If you find yourself in fear, sit on the earth and connect to the stable energy that is balanced and rooted and feel the support and grounding that keeps everything in balance. Allow the earth to drain out the fear and old survival patterns.

In your personal environment, there is always room for decluttering, improving, changing and creating. Think about something creative you can do to change the energy in a room, a house, a piece of land, a habit you have fallen into in your personal environment or ways that you simply go to sleep in a routine. Rekindle your sense of wonder by seeing everything with new eyes and discovering an increased sense of beauty and gratitude.

March 1-7: We are still being influenced by the push-pull theme of February but now with the twist of seeing a bit of the light at the other end of the tunnel. We also begin to download some creative ideas and inspiration for change as truth surfaces around what is out of balance in our lives.

This is a good timeframe to catch up with anything important that is on your plate that you have a responsibility to complete no matter how resistant you may be to the task. You don’t want things you have procrastinated to be hanging over your head when the creative energy surges ahead later this month. Be disciplined but not overworked.

Take some time to ask yourself the useful questions about what is balanced or not balanced and where you need to make choices to change what is not working. Not everything has to be physically done right now. It is enough to make a commitment to a choice for change and get the energy moving in the right direction.

We can say that this time frame is the sorting hat for what is important, what to keep, what to discard, what to change, what to forgive, what to plan for, what relationships are important, what is complete, where you need support, and what you need more of and what you need less of.

The right set up and the right balance will give you the right foundation for creative momentum.

March 8-15: We enter into a time frame where certain polarities, conflicts, friction and crises can pressure us into making necessary decisions. This can either be very challenging or very rewarding depending on the amount of creativity that goes into the process. We can’t stress enough the creative aspect of this time. How we navigate this new landscape will determine how we experience this new phase and cycle we are entering.

The New Moon on the 13th is a marker for honoring this new beginning and this time frame encourages us to find our emotional, mental and physical courage so we are ready for that leap of faith into something new. There will be ups and downs of incredible feelings of inspiration one moment and intense doubt and fear the next. Always listen to the inspiration as that is what drives the train.

March 13: New Moon in Pisces is Saturday, March 13 at 3:21 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST). A great opportunity to open your intuition and work with your imagination, visualizations, personal goals, dreams and inspiration. Take time to nurture yourself with what feeds your body, mind and spirit the most. Sharing your dreams and inspirations with others can create an energy of support.

Another aspect of this new moon is about opening yourself to more love, beauty, romance and sensuality. These are important elements that lubricate creative expression and open up that vulnerable place of receptivity. If you are receptive, you are open to the ideas, downloads and higher centered experiences that will move you forward. If you find yourself down in the dumps, put some good music on and move your body to release whatever it is you are holding that keeps you from experiencing the joys in life.

For those of you in daylight savings time zones in the US, set your clocks forward by one hour tonight.

March 16-23: As we approach the Equinox during this time frame, what is not balanced or organized to support you will be painfully obvious. Don’t get discouraged, get moving. It is never too late. We can really feel the pressure of the creative momentum encouraging us to re-evaluate our freedom, autonomy, leadership, priorities and motivation. It is best during this time frame to continue to think outside the box, take care of your body, and do some creative problem solving coming up with new strategies for old issues that you would not have imagined in previous times.

March 20: Spring Equinox in Aries (Fall in the southern hemisphere) is Saturday, March 20 at 3:37 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Use this equinox as a time of initiation of a new self, a new expression and a new experience. More on this Equinox and some suggestions on how to honor it will be sent as an update to our Power Path email list (sign up above).

March 24-31: Creative momentum is in full swing now and you are either harnessing it with enthusiasm or still muddling about what choices to make. Beware of burning out with too much activity and make sure you have the balance you need to stay sane. There is lot going on, and a lot of differing beliefs, truths, opinions and polarities. It is best to believe your own truth as trying to make sense of all the discrepancies will only become an energy leak.

If you are still confused and ambivalent, pull back and reflect on what feels right instead of what you think. The mind tends to get confused while the heart is mostly clear about what feels good.

Find ways to celebrate your creativity and tweak a common activity with a new twist to give it a fresh approach. This is also a great time frame to work with increased intuition and senses to support that creative momentum that is pushing you forward into your future. Have faith and courage and take the leap.

March 28: Full Moon in Libra is Sunday, March 28 at 12:48 PM Mountain Daylight Time. (MDT). More on this full moon will be sent as an update to our Power Path email list. (sign up above)

Have a great month!
